Meet The Staff
Vicki is the Office Manager, although with such a great team, there is very little to “manage.” She is a Certified Dental Practice Management Administrator and has been with Dr. Perino for over 20 years. She started as an assistant in private practice and worked in a management clinic at IN University School of Dentistry for 10 years. Vicki is our insurance guru and always the one you can go to with any question at all. Even after many years in dentistry, she has never lost her passion for her profession. Vicki and her husband, Jim, volunteer at public outreach events with the Western CO Astronomy Club. She is thrilled to have her 2 granddaughters living down the street from her and so thankful she followed her heart to
Laura is one of the first voices you hear when you call our office. She consistently works to keep our schedule convenient for you. A Certified Dental Assistant, she combines over 20 years of both back and front office knowledge to answer all your questions about your experience in our oral surgery practice. She is also our resident implant coordinator. Outside the office, Laura is an active volunteer in the community and her family is often seen at Blue Mesa during the hot summer months. She has two kids, one at
Our other friendly face at the front desk is Jennifer. After graduating from a dental assisting program, Jennifer spent time in general dentistry before joining our practice over 6 years ago. Not only does she make scheduling an appointment informative and easy, she will also work to untangle the mysteries of your insurance coverage. She'll always greet you with a smile. Jennifer and her husband keep busy entertaining young children. Their family enjoys camping, snowmobiling and just being in the outdoors.
Sarah is our Professional Relations Coordinator and part-time Patient Coordinator. She has extensive experience in the field of customer service and 5 years experience in the dental field. Serving patient needs is Sarah's top priority and she works diligently to make sure every patient receives exemplary service throughout their treatment. Sarah met Dr. Perino years ago when having her own wisdom teeth out while attending
Kim is one of our very knowledgeable surgical assistants. She is a Certified Dental Assistant with over 29 years experience, 13 of those years with Dr. Perino. Besides being skilled in surgical assisting, Kim has a special way of making you feel comfortable and always keeps those around her smiling. Also, she continues to keep herself educated on all of our leading edge technology. Kim has a two-year-old grand son and two grown kids, a son and a daughter that works for Dr. Proietti. She enjoys an active lifestyle and especially likes spending time with her husband and 3 dogs.
Pamela is our other qualified surgical assistant and has a certificate in Anesthesia Assisting. Pamela has been working with Dr. Perino for most of her 20 years in the dental field, having moved away twice and taking leave to raise her daughter. The fact that she returns to further her career at our practice is a testament to both her caliber as an assistant and Dr. Perino's reputation as an oral surgeon. Pam is known as the ornery one in the office, which means she always has a joke and a smile to lighten up your experience at our office.
