For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Care Credit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (970) 241-2820. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Paid in Full Courtesy

If we are not billing insurance for your visit, a discount of 5% will be subtracted from the total obligation if the entire treatment balance is paid in full, with cash or check the day of the treatment.

Credit Card

We accept the following cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. If we are not billing insurance for your visit, a discount of 3% will be subtracted from the total obligation if the entire treatment plan balance is paid in full with a credit or debit card on the day of the treatment.

Payment Plan Option

With fast approval from our third-party finance company, Care Credit, you may qualify to make payments with no interest through this medical credit card. This company specializes in helping patients obtain the treatment they need, and we will help you process the necessary information.

As long as there is a balance on your account, you will receive monthly statements. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
